The Downtown Dog is a high-end dog daycare, boarding, dog park, and store facility. The digital campaign created is a mobile application, in-store kiosk and a internal business web application. The audience Downtown Dog is trying to reach is young professionals 26-40. I created a voice that was fun and upbeat with bright colors and a rounded san-serif font, the attitude of the brand was that of a dog itself. The experience on the mobile and kiosk are very tailored to being all about you and your dog. Your dog is always set as the background of your interactions within everything. With simple menu navigation and readable layouts anyone interested in Downtown Dog can easily jump right into the experience. The web app to be used by employees is also intuitive and simple to navigate. While still pulling from the front-end brand, the web app is designed to still be engaging, but functional. The Downtown Dog is a company that loves dogs, and wants to provide the best service for dog lovers all across the city.
